Pelé vandalism?[edit]

Hi, I was just wondering why you removed "He is of African descent" from Pelé's article, while stating that it was vandalism that you were removing? I saw it added, but didn't remove it myself as it looks quite obvious that he is of African descent. Do you have a source that says otherwise, or do you have some explanation why you think it was vandalism? aLii 11:49, 20 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I don't care too much whether the above-mentioned sentence is in the article or not anyway - I was just curious. Pelé gets a lot of vandalism, so it's good to have another pair of eyes watching over it.
