Dog Meat and TP comments

Thanks for the correction on Dog meat; I've fixed the article to match the proper info. A small note: when you add a new section to a talk page, add it to the very end of that talk page, rather than the top. Our pages thus run from oldest to newest, top to bottom. Thanks again!
