Máiréad pic[edit]

Just thought I'd drop a note of thanks for providing that photograph of Máiréad. Looks great! However, as it has been released into the public domain, I'm going to move it over to Commons (commons.wikimedia.org) so that it is available to a wider audience. I'll provide you with a link once it is moved. Cheers! Huntster (t@c) 02:17, 10 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, the image has been uploaded to Commons at Image:Bnsigningmaireadnesbitt.jpg. I also edited the image to try and reduce the oversaturation and graininess (Image:Bnsigningmaireadnesbitt-edit.jpg). Take care. Huntster (t@c) 04:51, 10 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, those new uploads are very nice...shows what limited software I have to work with. In light of these, would it be acceptable to have the original image deleted in favour of these? Huntster (t@c) 22:19, 10 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yes it's fine with me if you want to delete the older versions.Celtic fiddler (talk) 23:50, 10 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Good deal, I'll get everything taken care of. Huntster (t@c) 01:38, 11 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Karl Nesbitt[edit]

The article Karl Nesbitt has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Notability: does not meet WP:NMUSIC. Coverage I see is extremely trivial and/or local. Article cited to non RS or primary source. Created by single purpose account Special:Contributions/Celtic_fiddler.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
