copyvio and promotionalism[edit]

Even worse, you wrote them by copying from their website. Wikipedia content must not be copied from a web site, even your own -- first it's a copyright violation, but, even if you own the copyright and are willing to give us permission according to WP:DCM (permission that irrevocably gives everyone in the world the right to copy, reuse, and modify the material) , the tone will not be encyclopedic and the material will not be suitable. (Thus, there is no purpose in giving permission; it will be necessary better to rewrite.)

Looking at the main article, I see that at least some of it is also copyvio. This is not acceptable, and as an administrator, I must immediately delete such material & have done so. The article TriStar Centennial Medical Center (Nashville, Tennessee) will similarly be removed, as both copyvio and promotionalism, as will your other contributions.

Even if it were not copyvio, the material there is unsuitable. A Wikipedia article needs to be written like an encyclopedia article, not a press release--don't praise the organization say what they are. Don't include material that would better belong in an advertisement or a web page, such as a detailed list of services. Avoid all adjectives of praise or importance--present the facts, and the importance will speak for itself. Include only material that would be of interest to a general reader coming across the mention of the subject and wanting the sort of information that would be found in an encyclopedia. Do not include material that would be of interest only to those associated with the subject, or to prospective patients. That sort of content is considered promotional, and will be removed.

It appears to me that you are doing promotional editing for their health system, and therefore may have a Conflict of interest. As a general rule, a suitable page will be best written by someone without Conflict of Interest; it's not impossible to do it properly with a conflict of interest or as a paid press agent, but it's relatively more difficult: you are automatically thinking in terms of what the subject wishes to communicate to the public, but an uninvolved person will think in terms of what the public might wish to know. If you think you can do it right according to our guidelines, do so, but expect the article to be carefully checked for objectivity, copyright violation, and for the presence of sources that show notability. The best way of writing a new article is to use the WP:Article Wizard, which will guide you towards an acceptable article if one is possible. I see we noticed this back in 2009, when you started writing in this manner. Copyvio and promotionalism were equally unacceptable then. That you continued despite the warnings accompanying the deletion of the other articles is unacceptable, and I am giving you a final warning.
