You are not permitted to alter another user's message, as you have at least twice tried to do here. As it says clearly in the block notice, if you want to appeal your block you need to add the relevant text below the block notice. Now on promotion matter, it was not my mistake, i am a part time journalist and had an interview with a celebrity whose page i tried to create and not found much personal content of her on other news websites. But Wikipedia policy doesn’t allow me to do so as they don’t know whether a user is promoting or not but the article written without proper citations and reason for publishing given personal would be blocked. So that now i know what to do with it, would create content with citations from reputed and recognised media houses only. Have you satisfied admin?
