Welcome to Wikipedia! In order for your article about the Jewish Women's Archive to not be deleted, you need to create the article without using any content copied from the Archive's website. Quoting their Mission Statement verbatim is not allowed as that is a copyright violation. You need to write everything in your own words and also establish why the group is notable enough for inclusion on Wikipedia. Re your message: You're welcome. You might want to try to create the article in your user space at User:BetsySchwartz/Jewish Women's Archive. That way it will not get deleted while you work on it.
