If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Tsuga mertensiana, you may be blocked from editing. Applying many categories which are sibling categories, daughter categories of parent categories is deeply unhelpful. If a plant is present throughout North America , for example, then the one category is sufficient. Add USA, Canada, Mexico etc is very unhelpful. OK. Lets start again. You are very welcome to add categories to articles, but it is important to understand how categories work. Categories should , in general , be exclusive. So , for example, a plant that only occurs in the State of Texas should be categorised in Plants of Texas. The categorisation system will automatically know that this is also a plant of the USA or of the Americas because categories are in a nested hierarchy. Another example is Fagus grandifolia. If a category is present and justified, in this case Category:Trees of North America, then we don't add any subcategories of this category, i.e. any categories that have the category that is already present as their parent, grandparent, etc. Categorization is actually quite a complex activity, with guidelines all over the place, so I know it's easy for new editors to make mistakes – I certainly did.
