Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. I understand that you have good intentions, but unfortunately Wikipedia's conflict of interest guideline, which discourages you from adding links to a site with which you are affiliated, and Wikipedia's external links policy, which prohibits most external links to wikis, trumps an editor's good intentions. Yes, I am familiar with SpongePedia. I'm actually one of the creators of another SpongeBob wiki called "SpongyWiki" (my name is The TattleTale Strangler on it). The owner of SpongePedia and I have contacted and we are actually friends, rather than rivals, so I sometimes contribute to SpongePedia. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

Hi Andrew

Do you edit/create SpongeBob Articles here at Wikipedia? Well I edited many SpongeBob articles until I discover SpongePedia. After I discover SpongePedia, well I've stopped editing. Now I only go here when I need to research Assignments, Projects, and etc.

Wikipedia is my favorite research site. My classmates at school always come to me and ask if I can do some reseach. Even my teacher said I can do research fast. And this Wed. 4 of my classmates ask me to do some research, including my sister. Well their reason was they have no ink. They also said I was an expert on microsoft word lolzz so they really want to ask me to do their work...they love my work, well they wont be asking help for me once we reach high school, most of them will be transfering to another school.

And do you have a friendster account? Just asking.

I open the computer just to see SpongePedia, but I could not get to SpongePedia so I do some other things, my friend ask me to print again, she love what I did to her assignment so I made her another one, I even created a new background for my friendster account, search some SpongeBob videos and songs. I'm finish with my new background, the theme is pink hehehe, I also put SpongeBob and Patrick hehehe. Well I hope SpongePedia will be fixed soon.

Speedy deletion of Fictional Websites that link to iCarly.com[edit]

A tag has been placed on Fictional Websites that link to iCarly.com, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read our the guidelines on spam as well as the Wikipedia:Business' FAQ for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hi, Andrew, I deleted this article, and prevented its recreation since it had been deleted four times. I accept that it may not necessarily be advertising, but it still lacks independent verifiable references that it meets the notability guidelines. No problem. The reason I redirected it was because the article did not have any noteworthy information that couldn't be found in the main iCarly article. If you want to restore the article now, feel free to do so; you don't need my permission or anything. Wikipedia is a free encyclopedia and all users have the same rights to edit articles. If you do recreate the article, please keep in mind Wikipedia:Notability, and the reasons for merging listed under Wikipedia:Merge#Merging (I merged the DVD article based on items #2, 3, and 4 (overlap, text, and context).
