I'm not responding over email because there's no need for you to have my email address.

Freedom of speech means that the government must avoid interfering with private citizens' right to speech. Wikipedia is not the government, Wikipedia is a private entity. It is Wikipedia's free speech to decide whether or not you are not allowed to post here.

You have not demonstrated that you understand exactly how you ended up where you are. That's the first step toward getting back onto this site. In your UTRS tickets, you do appear to start to understand WP:1RR (which relates to your first block), but you don't seem to get why your talk page access was revoked (which relates to your current block). You must not really want to edit[edit]

Sockpuppetry would only result in an extension to your ban. You as a person are not welcome here during the ban, it's not simply your account.

Your very first unblock request included inappropriate statements. Your behavior since then has only been further reason for us to not unblock you. You need to consider these things and show that you understand why those actions of yours have prevented us from unblocking you. Otherwise, we're going to have to assume that you're just trolling.
