Policy advice, and a block

Please don't remove other peoples talk comments, e.g. [1]. This is not allowed. For the obvious violation of WP:NPA, I've blocked you for 8h. You need to learn how to behave around here if you want to stay. People are prepared to offer you advice and mentoring if you need it; if you want to learn, Bozmo would be one of the best people to learn from William M. Connolley (talk) 22:48, 8 January 2008 (UTC)
