Wikipedia is not a web host for holding personal web pages unrelated to work on building the encyclopaedia. You are, of course, welcome to make contributions to the encyclopaedia, in line with Wikipedia policies and guidelines, but if your purpose is to write a personal web page, then you would be better advised to use one of the many web sites which do provide that sort of service, such as a social network site or a web hosting service. Sockpuppet investigation

1. Why do you go on wasting your time and ours by creating sockpuppet accounts to try to create your vanity page? You know by now that your accounts will just be blocked and your self-promotional pages will be deleted, so what is the point?
2. If ever you change your mind, and decide you would like to become a productive editor of Wikipedia, instead of trying to use Wikipedia to write about yourself, you have been told how to request an unblock of your original account, and what you were told was not "Just ignore the block and keep on creating sockpuppet accounts to evade it."
