Hi Adamtb24. I wanted to explain why I removed the image from Assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr. and nominated it for deletion. Non-free material used on Wikipedia must satisfy the non-free content criteria, and the image didn't meet those requirements. Specifically, it failed criterion #8: "Non-free content is used only if its presence would significantly increase readers' understanding of the article topic, and its omission would be detrimental to that understanding." Joseph Louw's image of civil rights leaders pointing in the direction of the gunshot that killed Martin Luther King, Jr., is an iconic image, but it doesn't significantly increase readers' understanding of Dr. King's assassination, nor is its omission detrimental to that understanding.

I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Arctic Dogs[edit]

Just as a heads up for the future, I would strongly recommend avoiding "moving" pages by pasting pre-existing content into pre-existing redirects. Wikipedia:Cut and paste moves are highly frowned upon, because the writing credits in the original page's history get lost (and attribution is important). No info that Warner Bros. Feature Animation is the new name for Warner Animation Group.[edit]

This makes no sense. There is absolutely no information on the Variety article that Warner Animation Group is going to be renamed to Warner Bros. Feature Animation, as the "Warner Animation Group" is still used today. The Warner Animation Group name and logo are still used. Warner Bros. Feature Animation (1994-2004) is the successor to Warner Animation Group. The Variety article just called it "Warner Bros. Feature Animation" by accident without the information that Warner Animation Group will be renamed.
