Tumblr posts aren't reliable sourcing for a Wikipedia article under our rules about sourcing to WP:BLOGS, and can never count for anything toward whether any topic has sufficient notability to qualify for a Wikipedia article. The Vocativ article is a step in the right direction, but while it would be fine as one source amid a diversity of sources it isn't enough to carry a Wikipedia article all by itself as the only source.
