Information icon Hello, I'm Rdp060707. I noticed that you recently removed content from Talk:Nizami Ganjavi International Center without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. Hounding and discretionary sanctions[edit]

I will clarify now that I am in no way connected to Kevo. It still seems you are trying to hound this user for their edits related to Azerbaijan, of which we have an Arbitration decision related to this. I am now required to send you this discretionary sanction alert to remind you of this decision and what restrictions are in place. Keep in mind that this is only a notification of the decision, and as I am not a Wikipedia administrator, I do not have the authority to take further action should your behavior continue in this subject area. This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in Armenia, Azerbaijan, or related conflicts. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

(talk)I'm sure that all three of you are related. Because when someone makes changes that he made in another edition, you undid them. And it clearly shows that you are interacting with each other.
