CorkytheHornetFan, your "facts" are incorrect. The couple did not file a lawsuit against ESU. Dr. Hale alone filed a lawsuit against ESU, including by name David Cordle, Jackie Vietti, Judy Anderson and Gwen Alexander. The lawsuit contends that ESU and Jackie Vietti lied about the absence of a hate crime, and hid instead behind narrow legal definitions of a hate crime, thus defaming Dr. Hale. An FBI Special Agent came to ESU on December 2nd, reviewed the scene of the crime in SLIM, and called it an act of hate speech. He saw that it clearly occurred in a private office, not the "non-private office' lie spewed to the press by Jackie Vietti. You can download the lawsuit at marchonemporia.com. The movie CONCUSSION is about the exact type of conduct and cover-up that went on at ESU, lead by Jackie Vietti. The edits I have made to your page are accurate, and fully referenced by facts. Your narrative is one-sided and is slanted to make Jackie Vietti look great, when in fact her actions are under federal investigation. If you can find one falsehood in my post, I will remove my edits.

I'm well aware of what is going on. You keep adding WP:UNDUE content to the article, which is not needed; especially to this page. It may belong on the Emporia State University, but other editors will disagree with you -- that's why I've left out of the article. I've read the lawsuits, I've kept up with this case, and yes I realize Dr. Alexander was a problem. You have no proof that the FBI was at ESU and that Vietti is "under federal investigation", either. Vietti isn't the problem, she just got swept into it because she was interim president. You also need to learn the definition of a hate crime. We are not here too promote your marches. This is not a news article as you're writing it to be. Also, the 2nd case doesn't even involve Vietti so it makes no sense to even mention it. Also, You have violated WP:3RR and could br blocked. ❄ Corkythehornetfan ❄ 02:02, 31 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

CorkytheHornetFan, what you should do is simply state the dates between which Jackie Vietti served as Interim President. Do not make any comments whatsoever about what she did regarding the Hales or the hate crime. That will be fine. As long as you continue to make it seem as if Vietti solved anything with a false "investigation," I will edit it. As for the FBI agent coming on campus, I was there with him. While he was there he also talked with David Cordle, Kevin Johnson and Mirah Dow, so go ask them if this is true. Debra Rittgers was seen running out the building and driving away shortly after the FBI arrived. What does that say about her involvement in the crime??? Apparently she did not want to talk with the FBI! I am not here to promote anything. When wrongs have been done, those wronged have a sacred right to redress them, including addressing the "facts" on Wikipedia. No one cares what you think about anything. On Wikipedia we are all concerned with the facts. I will gladly contend with Wikipedia about the facts. The second case was filed on Vietti's watch. That is what it has to do with her! And the second case supports Dr. Hale's case. Vietti did not solve or truthfull address anything related to these two matters during her brief stint as president. She made them worse. Now ESU is embroiled in two federal lawsuits. Vietti could have at least reduced that number by one, but she lacks integrity. 77.234.44.148 (talk) 02:17, 31 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

One more thing. You smugly suggest that I need to learn the definition of a hate crime. Screw your put down. I attended the November 4, 2015 FBI Hate Crime Symposium in Kansas City, Kansas put on by U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom. [1] The event was created for law enforcement personnel. You can be quite certain that I came away full appraised of what comprises hate crimes. Do you? Hate crimes cover a spectrum of bias related incidents, and can be implicated in things as minor as misdemeanor vandalism up to felony mass murders, such as those committed by Dylann Roof. Although federal statutes involve the more serious violent crimes as an enhancement in sentencing guidelines, simple hate speech and vandalism all fall under the hate crime banner/spectrum. Most colleges consider what happened in SLIM a hate crime. Why not ESU? For some odd reason you come across as a bigot. 77.234.44.148 (talk) 02:32, 31 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

yeah, I'll work on that tomorrow. For now, I'll keep my mouth shut before I tell you what I really think of you Mr. or Mrs. Hale. ❄ Corkythehornetfan ❄ 02:37, 31 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

CorkeytheHornetFan, you are entitled to your opinion. You have no right using your opinion on Wikipedia to re-write history, or place your spin on historical events. Wikipedia is a living archive, and it is atrocious when those with bias are allowed to abuse its openness. Fortunately, you do not own Wikipedia. Happy New Year! 77.234.44.148 (talk) 02:58, 31 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Again as I said before, only a summary needs to be written, not a whole damn news article like you want to write. Be lucky it's even included. You want to promote your marches and lawsuits so your name can get out there, but that is not what we do here at Wikipedia. I included what was released by the university, not what the bias media and the Hales want to be said. I believe the university did a what was needed and handled the situation like they needed to. The external investigation was a smart choice and if the outside investigators concluded no hate crime occurred, along with the law enforcement and county attorney, then I believe there is no hate crime. Yes, I'm a fan of Emporia State, yes I'm disappointed by what happened, but the whole university doesn't need to be taken down because of it. That's all I have to say, so if you want to keep the disruptiveness going and violate the three-revert rule, be my guest, but I will report you. I'd also appreciate it if you spelled my name right. It's Corkythehornetfan, not CorkeytheHornetFan or CorkytheHornetFan. I don't use an "e" in Corky and the "H" and "F" are not capitalized. ❄ Corkythehornetfan ❄ 05:33, 31 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Corkythehornetfan, I am going to send this matter to dispute resolution. You have admitted your bias; it's even part of your username. The University DID NOT perform an outside investigation, and those reviewers who gave their opinion were not subject to cross-examination. You have simply willfully drunk the koolaid. No one is trying to take down the whole University, just the sickening racist culture that exists there, starting with the administration. The University statement is extremely biased, and representative of their cover-up. It is no different from the NFL cover-up of the head trauma condition that professional football players suffered. The NFL DENIED that the condition known as CTE even existed. Quite interesting, the pathologist who busted the case wide open was black. Hmmmm. ESU and the County Attorney are all part of the same nasty cover-up. These racist officials know they can feed this crap to whites, to soothe their conscience. We are talking about STRUCTURAL RACISM, and you are part of it. The book that is currently being written by Dr. Hale will definitely include these discussions that we are having on this subject, showing how a racist culture, of which you are a member, has zero concerns about justice involving minorities, especially blacks. All you want is for WHITENESS and WHITE SUPREMACY, and your precious institutions to triumph. ESU will ultimately lose the battle of public opinion when all the facts, and their lies, are made manifest, and you will go down with your racist institution as being on the wrong side of history. Rather than list the University position on any of these disputed facts, you have been asked to simply provide the dates of Vietti's presidency, which is common practice as seen in previous entries on ESU presidents. I find it absolutely fitting and poetically just that Jackie Vietti loses her beloved husband Ray after treating Dr. and Mrs. Hale the way she did. There IS Karma. Jackie is a liar. If you don't believe me, go to room 413 in the library school and see if it is a "non-private" office. That LIE is foundational to the "no hate crime occurred" narrative. The room was open, they said, and people came and went there all the time. All a BIG LIE. If that narrative is false, then everything else is false. Debra Rittgers was named through forensic science as the author of the slur. Get your head out of your behind. It stinks back there. And by the way, it is Dr. Hale, not Mr. Hale. That shows your contempt and hatred for the Hales. The book is due out in February, and is right on track, all eleven chapters of it. Be sure to look for the section which describes this nasty fight over the crap you have entered in Wikipedia. In doing so, you have provided a POWERFUL EXAMPLE of why people CANNOT TRUST the validity or accuracy of Wikipedia. That fact will not be lost on a public which wants to have faith in this medium. History IS written by the victors, and until this matter is done, you shouldn't assume that ESU, or Jackie Vietti, will be victorious. The facts are not on their side.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Gosh, I'm honored! Would you please note in your new book that I have many black friends who are some of my best friends. I'm not a racist, they'll back that up. Kool-aid is pretty tasty, especially the grape flavor. If you haven't learned that this whole world is bias by now and that no one can please everyone, then you'll never learn. Alexander was a major problem and probably should've been let go a long time ago, but shit happens. She was the main problem for all of this. My friends have told me that you are the type that makes the rest of them look bad. Hate is a very strong word, which I don't use very often, but I certainly do not hate the Hales. I may strongly dislike someone, but I will never hate someone. I believe in fighting for what you believe in, whether I agree or disagree with what you're fighting for. As for the university "not performing an outside investigation", you have no proof. Until proof can be shown, I'll keep my opinion. For you to say something like her husband dying is karma shows how LOW you integrity is. If you think Karma bit her in the ass, which I obviously disagree with you, then you better watch out -- Karma will bite you too. That's all I'll say about that. Every president, or interim president, for ESU has something written in a section for tenures. It may be about construction of new buildings or it may be helping the university move forward to make ESU more diverse, but the dates simply do not summarize what they did in their time at the university. My ass does stink, but so does yours and everyone else's. I'll probably save my money for something more worthwhile than buying your book. College is expensive, after all. I have improved the sentences for Vietti that should be more neutralized. Your hatred for Vietti will always stay with you, so for you to want it removed really doesn't work. If you can get a consensus from other Wikipedians (without canvassing), I'll be glad to remove it. ❄ Corkythehornetfan ❄ 20:50, 1 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
