Welcome![edit]

Hello, 17calbrs, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

I've moved something of yours[edit]

I've moved Talk:Alabama Water Contamination: Lawrence and Morgan Counties to User:17calbrs/Alabama Water Contamination: Lawrence and Morgan Counties. It looks like you're making notes for an article, but that shouldn't be done on an unattached talk page. Talk pages that haven't got a main page to support them tend to get deleted rather quickly. I saw the message on your user page, so I moved this into your user space which is where it belongs for now. It's best to do the work of creating an article in user space rather than in article space. As it was, had it not been a talk page, it would have still been likely to have been tagged for deletion for various reasons. You can work on it in user space safely - the patrollers only tag things in user space for attack page, blatant hoax, copyright violation, or advertising/promotion. Good luck.
