Welcome!

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions, such as the one you made on Al Jardine. I greatly appreciate your constructive edits on Wikipedia. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages you might like to see:

You are welcome to continue editing without logging in. If you like, you can create an account. Doing so is free, requires no personal information, and provides several benefits, such as the ability to create articles. For a full outline and explanation of the benefits that come with creating an account, please see this page. If you edit without a username, your IP address (162.219.198.189) is used to identify you instead.

In any case, I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your comments on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your IP address (or username if you're logged in) and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}} before the question on this page.

Again, welcome! Skarmory (talk • contribs) 18:35, 23 April 2022 (UTC)

I am slateresteven

Sorry have to make light of this

say after me

I am slateresteven. Slatersteven (talk) 14:17, 24 April 2022 (UTC)

What? Why? 162.219.198.189 (talk) 14:18, 24 April 2022 (UTC)
In the edit summary the IP accused you of being me. So making a Sparticus reference (or maybe the life of Brian). Slatersteven (talk) 14:23, 24 April 2022 (UTC)
Oh, got it. 162.219.198.189 (talk) 14:24, 24 April 2022 (UTC)
I have tried to request unblocking at my talkpage but I do not know with certainty if I did it write. Cbinetti (talk) 23:31, 11 June 2022 (UTC)
I was going to fix your unblock request, but someone else beat me to it. 162.219.198.189 (talk) 23:32, 11 June 2022 (UTC)

Berean Hunter

I reverted you at Wikipedia:Missing Wikipedians because the point of the page is to illustrate editors who left. The point can remain, even if Berean came back under a new name, not acknowledged. Chris Troutman (talk) 21:16, 13 July 2022 (UTC)

@Chris troutman: Berean Hunter has returned, see User talk:Bearen Hunter (the reasons for his inactivity can also be found there). I won't revert it though, per your other reasons. 162.219.198.189 (talk) 21:24, 13 July 2022 (UTC)
Thanks for pointing this out; I've reported this seeming impersonation to ANI. Chris Troutman (talk) 21:43, 13 July 2022 (UTC)
@Chris troutman: Well, if that is the case, I feel dumb for replying on their talk page. 162.219.198.189 (talk) 21:46, 13 July 2022 (UTC)
No need! On Wikipedia we WP:AGF and sometimes I've welcomed new editors who proved to be socks. Anyone could make that mistake; being a registered user I have scripts which highlighted the user's number of edits and then I saw the spelling. Chris Troutman (talk) 21:52, 13 July 2022 (UTC)

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Hoosier Hurricane, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Please do not add references to statistics in the infobox. Doing so triggers a linter error, which should have been obvious by the large bold red warning at the top of the page, if you are previewing your edits before saving. JlACEer (talk) 21:03, 16 July 2022 (UTC)

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
@JlACEer: Sorry, I was aware of it, but I didn't know what the problem was, or what was causing it, again, sorry. 162.219.198.189 (talk) 01:05, 17 July 2022 (UTC)
