Hi, Արթուր Կնյազյան, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

Please remember to sign your messages on talk pages by typing four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{help me}} before the question.

However, there is a small issue with your username. As it is in a non-Latin alphabet script it may not display correctly for many other users. Although usernames like yours are not prohibited, Wikipedia's signature guideline and username policy encourage you, as a courtesy to other users, to alter your signature so that it also includes a transliteration of your username using Latin characters, so others can see it correctly. For the how-to of tailoring your username, please see WP:CUSTOMSIG.

Thanks, and feel free to message me about anything.

January 2016[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Edison. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Parthenon has been undone because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Parthenon. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism can result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Edison (talk) 20:06, 1 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Parthenon. FoCuS contribs; talk to me! 14:59, 3 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

An example of how not to edit: [1]. The words you deleted had sources to back them up. The words you replaced them with did not have any sources, and you actually kept the same sources that were used as refs for the deleted words! This is about as serious an editing error as it is possible to make. In effect you are faking the sources - making them say things they do not say. If you have a source saying, for example, that Movses Khorenatsi referred to "Astghik" rather than "Artemis" you need to present that source. I have reverted your edits at Astronomy. Again you MUST provide some sources. Otherwise it will be considered to be just original research by you - something that Wikipedia is not for, even if the research is correct and the editing is being done in good faith. Stop icon Your recent test edits to User Talk: Edison were not constructive. It was vandalism and was reverted. Entry of false information is not helpful. You made unwarranted WP:Personal attacks, and violated WP:Civil. If you want to experiment or make a test edit, please use the sandbox. These pages are patrolled by robots and human editors like me. When you make an edit please leave an accurate edit summary, and not a misleading one. You can be blocked for this. Further vandalism will get you blocked from editing without further notice. 7&6=thirteen () 12:46, 7 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
