Working text of proposed Vagabonds article:

One of the hardest-working "lounge acts" of the 1940s and 1950s. Consisting of Pete Peterson (bass, vocals), Dom Germano (guitar, vocals), Al Torrieri (guitar, vocals) and Tillio Risso (accordian), the foursome toured extensively entertaining troops during WWII, then became one of the pioneering popular acts of early television. The group appeared most frequently on Arthur Godfrey's various programs, but were considered a welcome addition to many variety shows of the period. Although scant footage of their act has surfaced to date (and their records do not **at all** accurately reflect their live performances), the group is still remembered by their contemporaries for the musical mayhem they brought to the stage.
