Younger Life[edit]
Nathan Patrick William Andrew Reynolds-Furry was born on June 2nd 1993 to Scott and Nicole Furry. He has one younger brother, Daniel who is three years younger than Nathan, and two step-siblings Tegan (7) and Luca (5) on his father's side.
Nathans primary education was very uneven. He was moved around quite a bit, from Canberra to Queensland, then back to Yass, a small country town just under and hour from Canberra. When he moved to Yass, he began attending Berinba Public School for Year 6, his final year of primary education. He was shown around the school by Thomas Body, who became a fast friend. Nathan also fell in with Thomas' group of friends, including Tom O'Brien and Andrew Lyons, both of whom remain Nathan's friends to this day. At the completion of Year 6, Nathan progressed to Yass High School.
During this time he showed an early enthusiasm and interest in the opposite sex, a theme that would come to shape the following years of his life.
Early High School Years (7-10)[edit]
At Yass High School, Nathan had a rough entry. He had fallen out with his primary school friends Andrew Lyons and Tom O'Brien after a fight and found it hard to be accepted. Half way through Year 8 however, after a year and a half of treating him with cruelty, Andrew and Tom treated Nathan like a friend. Nathans other High School friends came to include Nick Gailer, Craig Wilkinson, Sam Yialeloglou, Tom Pinson, Jack Steward and Jack Thompson.
Nathan also formed close friendships with some teachers at Yass High School, including but not limited to, Ms L. Brown, Mr R. Saville and his all time favourite, Mr P. Bambach, whom he considered a role model and the embodiment of what he aspired to be. Through his dedication to school life and school values, Nathan became one of the most successful students in his year, bested only by Tom Pinson, Kira Minary-Bland and Sam Yialeloglou, his good friend and competitor over the years. While studying, Nathan escaped the occasional pressures of school through the love and support of his many different girlfriends.
Teen love was something Nathan had a lot of experience in. In his early years of High School, he concentrated on Caitlin Rochelle Weeks, a young girl for whom he had always nursed a soft spot. After Caitlin broke Nathan's heart, Nathan himself became the heart breaker. Over the next few years up to 2009, Nathan dated a total of 4 teenage girls whom he had met on the internet. Nathan seemed to have developed a hunting ground of sorts, dating multiple girls from the small town of Harden. These girls included Mary-Jane Summerfield, Karina Starfish and Angela Manface.
Nathan never seemed to be happy with just one girl, constantly toying with the emotions of other girls to get more attention. Much to the awe of his friends, someone who had once been unable to get any girlfriend at all, suddenly had many crowding around him, and none of them could see why. Nathan is currently looking for another young girl to prey on so please, lock your daughters up now for their own protection.
In his Year 10 School Certificate exams, Nathan received Band 5 results for all of his courses, which is a very high standard. Nathan was not pleased with this result however, and believes that he could have achieved higher marks had he studied more. At the Year 10 formal, Nathan brought Mary-Jane as his date, much to his friends shock and general disgust. He was the MC at the formal, and was unfortunately saddened by the fact his date had to leave before he could sink the putt. After this, Nathan and Mary-Jane concluded their relationship on a formal level.
Later High School Years (11-12)[edit]
In 2010, Nathan began what was to be the final two years of his high school education. He studied Business and Law, hoping to be a lawyer or a politician rather than bring any good to the world. His other classes included Mathematics, Advanced and Extension English and Drama. In these classes, Nathan had assumed he would find new success with his long-time competitor, Sam Yialeloglou, leaving Yass High School to attend a fancy-pants (but actually dodgy) college in the ACT. This was not the case however, as Nathan found himself still bested by Tom Pinson in most of his academic endeavors. Even in Nathan's pet subject, Drama, he had slipped from his throne, with newcomer, and future love interest, Tiarne Kennedy, swooping in to become the best in the class for two years straight.
With the mobile phone market taking off, Nathan's mother Nicole began buying new phones every few months and asked him to sell them. With a cupboard full of phones to get rid of, he began selling the older phones to other students at the school, upgrading his own with the better models. He eventually branched out into phone cases too, and started operating under the name "Furry Phones", also known as "Furry Phonies", a name given to it by some members of the school community against Nathan and his profits. When not shafting students with dodgy phones, Nathan was working at his local Woolworths Supermarket in the produce department. He passed his days at Woolworths playing with his cucumber and nuts.
At the end of 2010, Nathan competed in the race to become the School Captain for Yass High School. Nathan took the race literally, campaigning very hard in his attempt to become the face of the school. After multiple instances where Nathan was reprimanded by school staff for "politicizing a school event", Nathan's campaigning stopped. The campaigning had already done it's work though, as "Furry First" became a common statement around the school during the months of the election. This work was for naught however, as Nathan's close friend Craig Wilkinson beat him, becoming the School Captain, leaving Nathan as the Vice Captain.
At the Year 12 formal, Nathan brought a new target of his, known only as Bekki, as his date. He found himself helplessly drawn to her, probably due to the fact that she was quite well endowed. In the event that the formal had flooded, Nathan would have had ample access to a floatation device. Though Nathan was sure that he would take Bekki home for a night of l...love, Bekki went home from the formal with Nathan's PE Teacher, Mr Craig Shortman. This became one of Nathan's favourite stories to tell over the years, reminding people that he was the victim.
As Nathan continued towards the end of his schooling, he focused on attending university so as to achieve his dream of becoming a filthy lawyer. Nathan's confidence in himself was strong enough that he did not apply for an early entry program to any universities, believing that he could get into a prestigious school on his own skills. Unfortunately, Nathan's confidence was misplaced. The scaling of classes and general difficulty of the exams left Nathan's ATAR score lower than required to get him into a law course at university. Nathan completed his Higher School Certificate feeling slightly dejected, but with an optimistic belief that he would find an alternative.
Post High School[edit]
Now that his high school education was completed, Nathan found himself at a bit of a loss. Being unable to get into a university course, he now found himself working at the local supermarket and waiting for something to come along. As always, he found distraction in his engagements with females. He became entranced by Bekki again.
