Six traditional English counties have no current Football League teams: Cornwall, Northumberland, Oxfordshire, Rutland, Westmorland, Worcestershire. Of these, Cornwall, Dorset, Rutland and Westmorland have never been home to a Football League team, although the modern ceremonial county of Dorset is home to A.F.C. Bournemouth. Northumberland does have a team within the Scottish League system, Berwick Rangers.
