I am Malimba Lisulo, a Zambian male research scientist based at the Central Veterinary Research Institute in Balmoral, Lusaka-Zambia. I am currently studying for his PhD as a Commonwealth Scholar in Biomedical Sciences (Pathway Medicine) at the University of Edinburgh. My research interests are in parasitology and particularly on African Trypanosomiasis. My interest is to determine the role of indigenous dogs in transmitting human and animal African trypanosomiasis[1].
