James Lloyd (rapist)[edit]

Hi there I noticed you has deleted the article I wrote on James Lloyd, just curious why exactly - it cited G10 as the reason, which if I am correct means that it was interpreted as an attack page. Although I understand the policies of biographies of living persons, as far as I remember I had everything cited correctly. While I do think you made the right decision deleting it, as in hindsight it wasn't notable, I just wanted to clear up the fact that it was not an attack page. Thank you for voting[edit]

File:In-the-dark.jpg

Thank you for voting in my RfA which at 51/20/6 unfortunately did not achieve consensus. In closing the nomination, Essjay remarked that it was one of the better discussed RfAs seen recently and I would like to thank you and all others who chose to vote for making it as such. It was extremely humbling to see the large number of support votes, and the number of oppose votes and comments will help me to become stronger. I hope to run again for adminship soon. Thank you all once more. Wikiwoohoo 20:01, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

Very wise and clever[edit]

Youve got it to the point and believe me the sword of isistence is made with my hammer and anvil. I am coming closer step by step they will feel a revenge that is so unbelievable bitter sweet that they wish themselves back into mothers womb. But my revenge will be inside all laws in the world. But they violated me and I have time for pay back. It will not harm anyone thats for certain. Kind regards --Ekkenekepen 17:53, 18 December 2006 (UTC)

If they think they can violate wikipedia over a very subtil way I get them done for it.

Thank you, I think.

Your contribs[edit]

I saw through your contribs; you've made a large number of reversions to vandalism. I suggest that you should warn those users whose edits you have reverted. Just a reversion, without an edit explaining it (a simple thing as typing {{test{{ is not gonna hurt) is of no use. In some cases, the vandalism may have been an intenioned act, but in most others, the editors are well-intentioned, but mal-/un-informed. Therefore, it would be a good idea to warn them, to deter the former, and to help the latter,. Cheers! --May the Force be with you! Shreshth91 09:07, 12 January 2007 (UTC) answered via e-mail

Anchored Cross (band)[edit]

Hi. You very appropriately deleted this article[1] a few hours ago.

I created a subpage for the musician who created it:

If it's possible, technically, and if you don't mind, could you resurrect the text and stick it on that user subpage? Thanks, --A. B. (talk) 14:00, 18 January 2007 (UTC)

Rubber dam deletion[edit]

Hello, you rightfully deleted the Rubber dam article, as it was 100% Bridgestone text. The editor who worked on this article, who is suspected of being a Bridgestone employee or having an improper COI with the company is now insinuating that she never edited that article. The deletion erased the history. Do you have access to it? If so, could you weigh in on this case, and attest to how the article went from one line of text about generic 'rubber dams' to a full blown Bridgestone written PR piece, through the multiple edits of user Mobile01? Anton Frederik Winter Jakhelln Prytz[edit]

Hi, I see you de-speedy-tagged this article; it's usually nice to see a reason in the edit summary or on the talk page - I assume you did not agree with the criteria?-Dmz5*Edits**Talk* 09:29, 1 February 2007 (UTC)

I didn't speedy the article because he is not notable, I did it because the article was extremely short and lacking context (what is "NS", what is a minister, minister of what, was he just somebody's secretary, etc.) I normally don't try to prod or AfD anything that might be "historical", but this case seemed appropriate. But no worries if you disagree, perhaps I will AfD, or at least ask someone to de-stubbify it. As for languages, of course if you're French or Swiss etc. you probably speak a number of languages, and of course some people do have working knowledge of many languages; but I am generally skeptical of people who advance tremendous claims of anything, and the language thing is just one very visible manifestation of this on wikipedia because of those userboxes. When I see someone who claims to speak not just French, German, etc, but Russian, Arabic, Farsi, Gaelic, Greek, Hebrew, and so on, it sometimes makes me wonder if they haven't just visited a country, learned a few handy phrases, and called it a "working knowledge." -Dmz5*Edits**Talk* 16:23, 1 February 2007 (UTC)

Asper Biotech[edit]

Please advise how can one reword the article (which you deleted) to comply with A7 and G11 standards. Perhaps you could forward me a link to an article about a (medium-size biotech) company that in your opinion definitely does. Regards, --Klamber 07:42, 3 February 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for posting it up. "...the Middle East's largest mixed-use development" strikes me as an assertion of notability. If a high school within it is worthy of inclusion by Wiki standards, then surely so is the neighbourhood. You wouldn't speedy Mimico, I'd guess. Anyhow, I've recreated and will try to better source. I think this is nowhere the CSD criteria, but I don't mind a regular AfD. Marskell 13:47, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
