My name is Jeff Atkins and I live in Chelsea Quebec. I was born in Windsor, Ontario in 1948 and graduated from the Royal Military College of Canada in 1971. I have an MA in Canadian history from Carleton University (1978). I have served as an officer in the Canadian Armed forces and with the Public Service of Canada. I have a long standing interest in science and Canadian history. I have a website on cosmology at www.theoryofreflexivity.org.
