Hypnoticmonkey's real name is Luke Richards and he is a secondary school teacher of mathematics living in Solihull, UK and a former campaigns agent for the Liberal Democrats in Cambridge. Luke graduated from the University of Warwick in 2010 with a 2.1 in Law and qualified as a teacher with a postgraduate diploma in education from the University of Birmingham in 2014. He went to school at Sir Roger Manwood's School, is keenly interested in cricket, music, playing the guitar and politics.
