Some random guy adding random stuff to Wikipedia, probably without the correct copyright information and without citing my sources.

Hovlev is notable for his likeable style reverting vandalism. His comments such as when removing Osama bin Laden from the Oxford United F.C. entry, "Rather amusing vandalism, sorry", have made him beloved to all vandals everywhere. This inspires them to committ less vandalism, as they realise they are not merely annoying boring geeks who take offense at a sense of humour. An all round top- bloke.
