-Order of contents seems disorganized: would make more sense for it to be history, crema catalana (if not included in history section), ingredients, technique
-The technique section could use for some expansion on how the dish is made (for example, the making of the custard)
-Image of "creme brulee flambee" seems out of place as it could give people the wrong impression of the dish, as creme brulee is rarely served on fire
-potential content misconception: the topping is caramelized sugar, not caramel: and there is a stark difference between the two
-most edits in the history tab are just small copyedits such as grammar or spelling fixes

-tag says it needs additional citations for verification
-lead description is too long and includes specific information that may better fit in subsections
-pictures should go with specific subsets not at the end of the article
-lacking information and elaboration under the specific types of coffee cake
-the recent edits only seem to deal with minor spelling corrections and one person who swapped out the images
