Athens Ohio Roller Derby is is a roller derby league based in Athens, Ohio. Founded in 2011, the league consists of one travel team, the Appalachian Hell Betties, which competes against teams from other leagues. Although the league made its home debut at Bird Arena in Athens and held bouts there during 2012 and 2013, the arena was made unavailable after 2013. As of January 2017, the league has not had a location for home bouts since then. [1] [2] [3]
