SANAA, Ltd. (Sejima and Nishizawa and Associates) is a Tokyo-based architecture firm founded in 1995. Its principals areKazuyo Sejima Ryue Nishizawa. The firm has completed a number of acclaimed buildings in Japan, as well as the widely-praised Glass Pavilion for the Toledo Museum of Art in the United States. The firm has been commissioned to design the New Museum of Contemporary Art in New York City and the satellite museum of the Louvre in Lens, France.
