About me

I am an employee of the Office of the Federal Register(OFR), a subagency of the National Archives and Records Admnistration(NARA). Even more specifically, I work in the Information Services and Technology Unit(IS&T) of the OFR. I provide technical support for the production units that publish the Federal Register, the Code of Federal Regulations, and the Statutes at Large. I am also the Public Relations liaison for our office and a part of the Social Media team. I have been working at the OFR since July 2006.

My Work on Wikipedia

To be completely transparent, my work on Wikipedia will focus on supporting a better presence for the OFR and its numerous publications in the world of Wikipedia. As a paid employee of the National Archives and the Office of the Federal Register, I will always strive to strictly abide by Wikipedia's accepted practices on conflicts of interest, neutrality, and notibility. At this writing, I am new at Wikipedia, and welcome any and all constructive criticism or advice as I learn through experience. Our mission at the Federal Register and the National Archives is to inform and educate the American public, a mission that I believe Wikipedia shares. I hope to be a part of this shared mission.
