Odrek Rwabwogo is a Ugandan businessman and politician currently serving as Special Advisor to the President of Uganda. Born in Kiruhura District, western Uganda, Odrek is the fifth child of a family of seven.
Early life and education[edit]
Odrek Rwabwogo was born on September 17, 1969 in the Naama village in the Kiruhura District of southwestern Uganda.[3] He attended Naama primary school and Bujaga secondary school. Rwabwogo obtained a Bachelor's degree in political science and economics from Makerere University in 1994 and a Master's degree in media and journalism studies at the University of Wales, Cardiff in 1997. He pursued further education at the Haggai Leadership Institute and also attended the Advanced Management Program at Dartmouth College[4] in the US.
