This template was made to replace the lead text that was duplicated on 50 tarot card articles (sometimes with minor variation of linking and hyphenation of things like "English-speaking"). So we made it uniform. But wouldn't it be even better if we didn't have 50 articles with the same stuff in the lead? Why is every card deemed to be independently notable?
