Danville[edit]

The Ephram house in Danville is on the Lexington template? Does Danville know this? I am not sure it deserves a place as a Lexington national historic landmark. Maybe, considering metro and all, but it seems kind out out of bounds. K3vin (talk) 08:29, 19 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

About the move[edit]

About the recent move, it was so the Category:Kentucky county navigational boxes and Category:Fayette County, Kentucky. Fayette County and Lexington are coterminous, this navbox had by listing the city-county naborhods is acting as the "Municipalities and communities" navbox. It would be confusing for "Lexington (Kentucky)" to show up under "F" at Kentucky county navigational boxes and Fayette County, Kentucky, most people wouldn't know that Fayette County and Lexington are coterminous. The reasion I chose the name "Fayette County/Lexington, Kentucky" instead of "Lexington/Fayette County, Kentucky" was because that could be misunderstood to refer to the (non-existent) Lexington County.

This is a purely technical measure, the content and scope of this navbox remain unchanged. Emmette Hernandez Coleman (talk) 10:28, 14 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I've self reverted, as this is no longer the county navbox as it no longer shows the neighborhoods. The neighborhoods have their own been split off (by J654567) into their own template: Template:Fayette County/Lexington neighborhoods; that template is now the county navbox.
