Adding museums without Wikipedia articles?[edit]

Is it suitable to add museums without wikipedia articles (as redlinks)? The American Museum of the House Cat, the Cats Museum Kotor, Feline Historical Museum, Katzinett, etc. are all museums suitable for this template but do not yet have Wikipedia articles.
