Imports a style with TemplateStyles from a subpage.

is-stickyonly works with a single row. This also imports the classis-sticky-head, which can be applied to the table itself, and makes all of its header (theadelement) sticky. However, MediaWiki by default places the entire table in atbodyelement, so there is nothead; only sortable tables have athead(due to the JS implementation).
