Super Time Force[edit]

Created by Czar (talk). Self nominated at 05:21, 12 June 2013 (UTC).

  • Interesting enough, long enough, and new enough. Earwig revealed no copyright violations. Just curious though, is it convention that we call players "she" and not "he"? ☯ Bonkers The Clown \(^_^)/ Nonsensical Babble ☯ 10:26, 12 June 2013 (UTC)
The VG article guidelines just ask to avoid second-person ("you") and the WP MOS prefers gender-neutral language where possible, but for the purposes of this hook, either I'm forced to use third-person singular ("they" as "he/she"), repeat the term "player", or pick a pronoun and stick with it. Male is default, but the player can just as well be female too. czar · · 19:06, 12 June 2013 (UTC)
How do you feel about the following? It's got a "their", but it fits in naturally, and I prefer the gender-neutral version.
ALT1: ... that after dying in the indie shooter video game Super Time Force, the player fights alongside ghost replicas of their previous runs through the level? MANdARAX  XAЯAbИAM 00:20, 14 June 2013 (UTC)
I find it very satisfactory. Nice work czar · · 01:48, 14 June 2013 (UTC)
