National Intercollegiate Band[edit]

Created/expanded by Sycamore (talk). Self nom at 00:41, 25 December 2012 (UTC)

  • - Length and Date check out, however the hook has no supporting ref within the article. Best, Mifter (talk) 20:52, 29 December 2012 (UTC)
  • At the end of the first paragraph under "National Intercollegiate Band established, 1947": "The 1947 NIB was recognized as the first-ever intercollegiate band assembled with a national scope in the United States," which is supported by ref 6 (ref 2 supports other info in the paragraph). Surely it follows that since it was the first intercollegiate band, it is the oldest. Sycamore (talk) 21:10, 29 December 2012 (UTC)
  • - That is a safe determination to make, should be good to go, the ref is AGF due to its being offline. Best, Mifter (talk)
