Lo Nuestro Award for Tropical Song of the Year[edit]

Created by Jaespinoza (talk). Self nominated at 18:17, 3 February 2014 (UTC).

  • New enough, long enough, well-referenced. Nice job on the charts and sourcing the charts. However, the hook needs to be stated in the article; right now it just says: "A Puro Dolor" by Puerto-Rican band Son by Four also earned the Lo Nuestro Award for Pop Song of the Year, without naming the year. Also, the link for the hook ref (footnote 4) appears to be missing; the URL is going straight to a home page.
  • I suggest tweaking the hook to make it clearer and remove the repetition of "song of the year in the same year", for example:
  • ALT1: ... that in 2001 "A Puro Dolor" by Puerto Rican band Son by Four won Lo Nuestro Awards for both Pop Song of the Year and Tropical Song of the Year?
  • Also, nominator needs to provide a QPQ. Thanks, Yoninah (talk) 19:42, 9 February 2014 (UTC)
  • Oh, now I see the QPQ. What about citing the hook fact in the article, and fixing the URL link? Yoninah (talk) 08:49, 10 February 2014 (UTC)
  • Thank you for fixing the URL and tweaking the year in the article and hook. Everything looks good now. Hook ref verified and cited inline. QPQ done. ALT1 good to go. Yoninah (talk) 19:51, 10 February 2014 (UTC)
