  • Nice article, as usual. However, if she was the first destroyer sunk by the Germans during WWII, then what about Wicher more than two months earlier? Manxruler (talk) 01:11, 29 November 2011 (UTC)
British destroyer.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 01:16, 29 November 2011 (UTC)
  • That's not really what the hook says. the original hook appears to say that she was: 1) a British destroyer, and 2) also the first destroyer sunk by the Germans during the war.
I'd suggest:
Alt:... that HMS Blanche was the first British destroyer sunk by the Germans during World War II?
This way it makes clear that she was the first British destroyer sunk by the Germans during the conflict, not the first destroyer sunk by the Germans during the conflict. Manxruler (talk) 02:40, 29 November 2011 (UTC)
The alt works fine.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 03:06, 29 November 2011 (UTC)
Okay. Good. Size checks out, it's neutral and cited to off-line sources, hook's good, you've done your reviewing and the pic is crown copyright (fine to use now). As for expansion, it's fine as there evidently was a case of copy-vio on this article. Good to go for the alt hook. Manxruler (talk) 21:15, 29 November 2011 (UTC)
