Enrique Dávila Pacheco[edit]

    1. I will only check ALT1 because the first hook misses a date, which I think makes the statement too general in my book, and also the given ref doesn't contain anything about his governorship at Nueva Vizcaya in nor about 1653 when he was appointed (see ref problem explained below). As far as my Spanish knowledge goes I checked the the refs 1 and 2 (which serves as sources for both hooks) and found out it has some issues. My first problem is that both of them redirects to the same pdf, which doesn't have a chapter XIII, the one you gave in ref2.
    2. Second, the article infobox contradicts the text. It says he was Acting governor from June 1644, while text claims he was acting from the death of Francisco Núñez Melián (who - according to his own Wikipedia article - died in April 1644) and then The Governor from June.
    3. Although chapter XII (which you didn't gave as a source) claims he was appointed on May 23, 1644, which supports the hook, but this also contradicts the infobox.
So basicly a clean-up is needed here, and it would better (altough not required by DYK) if you would give single page numbers to each sentence the book verifies. Lajbi Holla @ meCP 21:08, 27 October 2012 (UTC)
Added XIII. Fixed the second one. Done the third. Thine Antique Pen (talk) 21:20, 27 October 2012 (UTC)
Are "the Captain General" and "the Governor" the same? According to the Governor of Yucatán wikipage they are listed separately. So I suggest the infobox to be divided to Acting Governor and Governor with their own office runs, so there will be no confusions. Lajbi Holla @ meCP 21:37, 27 October 2012 (UTC)
He was appointed as the Governor and the Captain General at the same time, but, done. Thine Antique Pen (talk) 21:44, 27 October 2012 (UTC)
So length, date of creation, neutrality, copyio, references , QPQ, hook length all good. ALT1 good to go. Lajbi Holla @ meCP 21:58, 27 October 2012 (UTC)
