Boost-glide[edit]

An X-20 Dyna Soar boost-glide spacecraft glows red as it reenters the Earth's atmopshere

  • ... that boost-glide spacecraft (X-20 pictured) , originally designed to attack New York from Germany, are being considered as a way to attack any point on the Earth in under an hour?

  • A decent article, new enough and long enough, and on an interesting subject-matter. Sources are fine. I do have some slight hesitation about the hook, which feels a bit clunky (it implies that the original Nazi spacecraft is being revived for modern use, which isn't quite right). I'd suggest the following hook, which I feel is a bit clearer and more direct:
  • ALT1: ... that the Nazis proposed using boost-glide spacecraft to attack New York and similar future spacecraft (X-20 pictured) could attack any point on Earth in under an hour? Prioryman (talk) 19:44, 25 April 2015 (UTC)
  • ALT2: ... that boost-glide spacecraft (X-20 pictured) were originally designed as bombers to attack New York from Nazi Germany? (see where you're going with that, so let's keep going...) Maury Markowitz (talk) 20:48, 25 April 2015 (UTC)
  • Yes, that could work. I'm happy to go with ALT2. Prioryman (talk) 08:44, 26 April 2015 (UTC)
