Source: "At the time Evenhuis was naming Phtheria relativitae, the voluntary code of behavior in the nomenclature rules disparaged humorous names, so he realized that a vigilant journal might reject his choice. In fact, one of Evenhuis' colleagues, Lee Goff, had just had a paper rejected by the Journal of Medical Entomology because he proposed naming a new chigger Trombicula tgifi. Goff next submitted his work to a Belgian journal, which did publish it.
