Untitled[edit]

Hi, I want to add an illustration of this zero ionic layer interaction by using an image saved from Pymol simulation. I used the 4-letter code 1SFC from rcsb.org to run on Pymol and found the exact place where the four amino acid residues interact. Do you think it is the right thing to do? Will it violate any copyright of the company? Also, I intend to add the following a section called "Structure and significance" to this article, by using the published papers that I found on PubMed and other journals. What do you think of it? Hi, previously, one person who reviewed this article redirected the article to SNARE(protein) article, probably because he/she thought that there wasn't that much content. This time, I added in the information that i have at hand and directed the topic back to its own article. You are welcome to give any suggestions. Peer Review

This page is very well written and comprehensive. Your use of references is good, and your explanation of the PYMOL structure was very helpful and something that I think all chemistry wiki sites could benefit from doing. The only suggestion I have would be a brief explanation of the SNARE protein complex in the either the introduction or function section, just to save people the click of going to the SNARE wiki page. The description wouldn’t have to be long, maybe a phrase or a sentence tops. Other than that, very good looking article! Great job!

Comment: I think article like this should not be encouraged. It is such an intricate and specific point about a protein interaction that it should not really exist as a Wikipedia article as it is close to being indiscriminate, and is too limited in scope and interest to readers. While the editor has made a good attempt at writing the article, those interested in the topic should really read the papers involved instead. Hzh (talk) 14:27, 13 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
