Needs language cleanup[edit]

For example, "The sometime together with education creation of main buildings was carried out" in the corresponding Ukrainian language article is "Simultaneously with the educational work, the construction of the main premises was carried out." (Google translation; I didn't do the much more labor-intensive task of translating it manually.)
