Yerba buenaYerbabuena – Correct spelling according to the Royal Spanish Academy. – RARS!!! (talk) 22:20, 18 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose The Royal Spanish Academy also has "hierba buena" and "hierbabuena"; it "redirects" both "hierba buena" and "yerbabuena" to "hierbabuena", so if anything that last one is the "prescribed" spelling. However, this is English Wikipedia, and the Oxford English Dictionary has "yerba buena". —Largo Plazo (talk) 02:40, 19 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Umm, I don't know how to say this gently, but we follow English common usage, not Spanish "official" usage. And the common name in English is overwhelmingly "yerba buena". Strong oppose Red Slash 19:37, 19 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose Micromeria douglasii is American, we should listen to the Mexican Academy of Plants or the Real Academia de Alta California de Yerbas, not some dudes in Europe 76.120.164.90 (talk) 19:01, 25 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
