About periodicity[edit]

@Feinoa: Can you explain the rationale for selecting certain years for periodic reporting? 1997 -> 2014 is 7-year jump as compared to 2014 -> 2019, a 5-year jump. Can this be more consistent? i.e. 5 year periods. Personal preference being in multiple of 5s, i.e. 1995, 2000, 2005, etc. robertsky (talk) 12:22, 14 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I wouldn't mind having it in multiples of 5s, but unfortunately, there isn't a report from 2009 (though I could add a new section for it) Currently, we have a jump from 1997 to 2012 and then 2016 to 2019, it's just inconsistent. Another solution is just to have the 2019 rankings up as it reflects the present situation. Feinoa (talk) 12:33, 14 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I just managed to dig out a search tool from the source, showing all the data that we need. Maybe this can help with building the periodicity from the start, 1997 and in 5 years increments? robertsky (talk) 12:55, 14 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Feinoa:, Finished updating the table. This should stop the constant reverts at least (while satisfying my personal preferences, hah!) robertsky (talk) 14:08, 14 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
That looks good, there shouldn't be any complains by anyone now. Great work! Feinoa (talk) 23:15, 14 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
