Your article about Wisteria Island, FL states that it is federally owned, presuming that is a fact. In fact, the predominant evidence is that it is privately owned by REB Corp. The federal issue is only an opinion from the DOI and isn't the end of this matter. I'm sure the real owner will appeal and prevail.
