Institute/WMC - architect?[edit]

The Institute/WMC is ascribed to both Stott (eg http://www.saintelisabeths.org/html/tour.html ) and Waterhouse (eg Pevsner). Anyone know for sure?

Resolved[edit]

Holden states both that Stott designed the WMC and that Waterhouse did not.
