Untitled[edit]

This man was very important in the negotiations during 1812 between Britain, Sweden and Russia. However, it is not clear who he worked for. I don't get the impression that he worked for Britain. Perhaps he worked for his many relatives in the Netherlands? If you find any information concerning this, please add to the wiki page --Gunneby (talk) 16:32, 21 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
