I removed the adjective "Universal" from the description as it seems to be a local phrase for "Full Service", i.e. offering a full range of products and services. I believe that most non-Germans would, like myself, find it meaningless. When juxtaposed with the geographic location of the bank it becomes rather comic, implying a universal presence, rather than a wide range of services.
